Refresher Basic Food Hygiene/ HACCP training
This course is for candidates who wish to refresh their knowledge of HACCP and keep abreast of on going changes in the food industry. The course will provide a recap on basic awareness of Food Hygiene and HACCP principals in the food industry and ideal for those who interested in keeping a breast with on going updates. The course provides a mix between the theory of HACCP and its practical application. Candidates will understand the role of a HACCP based food safety system in meeting current legislative requirements.
