The Friends And Family CPR course is a relaxed course designed to give you an introduction to the life saving skill of Cardio Pulmunary Resuscitation (CPR).
During the course, participants will get individual instruction and which will make for an excellent learning environment. Completing this course can help you increase the chances of survival for victims of cardiac arrest.
It is designed to teach you:

Your role in the chain of survival
The Course takes approximately one and a half to two hours and you will receive a course completion card upon successfully completing the course.
